Positioning: The truck reverses onto the tippler platform, with retractable back stoppers lowered to avoid damage.
Securing: Hydraulic back stoppers rise to support the rear tires, while front anchoring chains secure the axle via hook cylinders.
Tilting: The platform tilts backward (up to 55°) using synchronized hydraulic cylinders, emptying material into a rear hopper.
Returning: After unloading, the platform returns to horizontal, chains are released, and the truck drives away.
Cycle Time: Average unloading time is just 6–8 minutes, enabling high throughput.
